The first Primary Colors Learning Center opened in October, 1998 in Boise, Idaho. Our goal was (and is) to be a state-of-the-art center, combining developmentally appropriate child care with the best technology to make ourselves available to our customers. We opened this site with full internet viewing access to our enrolled families. This secure site, accessible only with appropriate codes, allowed parents to view their child's classroom from any computer with internet access. Being open and accountable in this way provided our families with a sense of security and confidence.

This combination of quality and technology was so well-received, that we opened our second location in Eagle in January, 2002. We opened our third location in Meridian in May, 2005.
